We Offer Free Classes!

Beauregard Christian Women’s Job Corps® offers a spring and fall session each year that are approximately 12 weeks, meeting Monday through Thursday, 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

School holidays are recognized. Classes are free of charge to women in need. The participant is provided with a mentor who acts as an encourager and resource person. 

Participants work at Adult Education to improve their academic skills.  Those who need to acquire a GED have the opportunity to do so. 

One week of on-the-job training at a local business or agency is provided. Each participant registers with the state employment office. 

To enroll in the free classes at Beauregard CWJC, an application must be completed.  Please call 337-463-4451 to make an appointment.

Participant Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • Free from alcohol and illegal drug use
  • A desire to make changes in life
  • Willing to participate in Bible study
  • Committed to attending all classes
  • Willing to work with BCWJC and the mentor to set and achieve goals
